Pilates
Natalie has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching privately for more than two decades.
Her connection to movement began early, with a decade of gymnastics and soccer, and deepened in 1992 during her first year of college when she discovered yoga. While apprenticing with an acupuncturist in graduate school, she began guiding patients through restorative postures that supported recovery and promoted balance.
Natalie holds both a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates and completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training at the Center for Yoga (formerly YogaWorks Los Angeles). As a doula of more than 10 years, she brings a unique depth of knowledge in bodywork, breath, and women’s health. Her classes are intuitive, intelligently sequenced, and grounded in decades of clinical and somatic experience.
